We are a travel agent specialised in heritage tours to China for adopted children and their family.
We are based in the Netherlands but can be of service to families from all over Europe.
In August 2010 we opened an office in Southampton, UK.  This is run by Martje Crijns, she will take care of all the needs of British adoptive families that want to return to China with their children.

About us
We are adoptive parents ourselves, both with children from China. We met during our first adoption trip to Nanchang, Jiangxi province, in November 1999 when we adopted our eldest daughters. Several years later we decided to start a travel agency specialised in heritage tours to China. With our combined experience in the travel world and our passion for adopted children and their families we make a strong team in offering you the best heritage tour you can have. Being adoptive parents ourselves we realise the importance of a journey to the country where your child(ren) came from. It might be an emotional journey so we want to make sure all the practical aspects are well taken care of.

Our company
Since September 2006 we have been organising heritage tours for many Dutch and Belgian families. We work with Lotus Travel, an American based company that has been taking care of many adoption journeys since 13 years. We can offer all aspects of your journey, including the necessary permission to visit the orphanage your child came from. Your journey will be made to measure, you can decide which hotels you like, how you want to travel and which itinerary suits you and your family best. Our company works with experienced English-speaking guides that will do everything to make your journey an unforgettable one.

The way we work
Once you approach us about your possible journey to China we will discuss all the aspects of your trip. Together we will work out a schedule, either by e-mail or by phone. Once you have decided this schedule is right for you we will work on a price quote. This will be sent to you by e-mail. You can still make adjustments in this, maybe you and your family have a limited budget or you prefer a different itinerary. Once you have decided to book the trip we will sent you an invoice and several weeks before your departure you will get the travel documents.

International flights
Since we are based in the Netherlands it is advisable for you to arrange your own flight to/from China.
It is possible for us to book these flights but you will probably get a better price in your own country.
